Versa 2-Not reading heart rate

My fitbit has stopped recording my heart rate and therefore my sleep. Can it be fixed? Thinking about getting a Garmin, this is my second fitbit (because I loved my first) but I just got this one and already problems.

Hello @BellaCali88

Hopefully I can help. I’d first check to make sure you haven’t accidentally disabled your HR. Look here to see if that is possibly the case:

  1. On your Versa, go to the clock face screen.
  2. Swipe left a couple times until you see Settings.
  3. Tap Settings app.
  4. Find Heart Rate and tap it. Make sure that on shows on the screen
  5. if it’s on try turning it off then on again

If that doesn’t work try shutting your Versa on then off again. Here’s how:

  1. On your Fitbit, go to the main or Home screen.
  2. Swipe left on the screen until you see Settings.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll down and tap About.
  5. Select Shutdown.
  6. Tap Yes to confirm shutdown.

To turn the watch back on, simply press and hold the Back (left) button for a few moments until you see the Fitbit logo.

Please let me know if this provides you with an answer to your issue.

😃Happy Stepping!
