I upgraded front he Fitbit Blaze to the versa 2. I noticed when I reach 10,000 steps it does not vibrate or send the congratulatory signs that the Blaze did. Do I have to adjust the settings to obtain this or does the versa 2 not do that? That you

Yes, it has that feature. Check your settings.
