Versa 2 O2 variations

I have a Versa 2 and I also have premium. For awhile I was getting the screen in my sleep score that have O2 variations. Now it is not there at all. Why would it work for awhile and not now? And if it's not going to work why am I paying for premium?

I've had the O2 variations since Christmas Day, this morning it no longer appears after my sleep score on my Versa 2 - Where did it go

I was wondering the same thing. The app updated on Jan 20th, I wonder if that had anything to do with it. I'd like it back though, especially since I'm paying for premium.

I do not pay for Premium as yet, I have a Versa 2, but I called the support
phone today, and was told there are many calling in regarding their loss of
the SPo2 graph. They had me hold the left button for 10 seconds till the
logo appeared, then they reset my watch and told me the graph should
re-appear with my next sleep graph. Crossing my fingers !!!

• I chatted with support last night and they said that it's still in the testing phase so that's why it was there but went away and when they release it, it'll just reappear on the app. I was told to just keep watching the app.

Good Morning, I wish they'd all tell the same story. Anyhow, I awoke this
morning but the O2 variations was not there. Thank you very much for your

Yep, I guess we just wait and watch. They said no timeline, but "it shouldn't be long". I guess we'll see. 🙂

Good morning. I just thought I'd tell you that it reappeared this morning. Don't know for how long, but it's there today. Haha 😀
