I received my replacement Versa 2 yet it seems like I have lost all the newer features. I cannot chose the SPO2 and other Clock faces that show active minutes or SPO2. The sleep record is not showing. Has anyone ever had this?
I get an error when trying to change the clock face that make sure both app and device are at the latest firmware which I know the app is and would assume the Fitbit would be updated when set up.
I contacted support who said an update is coming out at some point in the future (Couldn't tell me when) but these features are not new and should be included when I updated it in setup??? So frustrated with Fitbit right now. Any thoughts??
