My versa 2 screen is white. I tried to restart and that didn’t work. HELP!

Hi @CheriBaker - It sounds like the clock face may be malfunctioning. Please try changing the clock face from your phone. Pick one that says it is “by Fitbit.” To do this from your phone, tap Account -> Versa 2 -> Clock Faces -> All Clocks.
Then let us know if this solves your issue.
