Hi all,
I've been trying to speak to someone from Fitbit for weeks now. I tried to update my versa lite but it stopped half way and now won't do anything.
I've spoken to yourselves before and you advised me to send it to Holland for you guys to fix as it was still under warranty, I was trying to find the address and the number attached to my case. Any help would be appreciated

Have you checked your emails to see if you have a message from Fitbit? Right now, customer support is taking longer to reach, but you really need to talk to them about this. Have you tried the online chat?
