Versa 2 Screen Unresponsive And Syncing Issues

My old phone with my Fitbit app smashed and I'm unable to see the screen. I have downloaded the app to my new phone but my versa 2 has locked and I am unable to see the screen to put the code into my app from my device so can't link my versa with the new phone
