Versa 2 Side Button Not Working

My Versa 2 Side Button is not working which is essential for the Versa 2. Is there a way to message/email customer support? I'm not sure if it is still under warranty (I think it may be). I rely on my fitbit for a lot and the button not working at all isn't going to help me.
