It was a nice surprise seeing my Versa 2 reporting my skin temperature. But it wasn't for long, after two times it stopped and I haven't seen it again. I did a restart and waited two days but still no luck. Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the screenshot that was attached into your post. To better assist you with this uncommon situation, can you please let me know which phone are you using to sync your device? Your Versa 2 tracked skin temperature data only on the days that are specified in the screenshot? Are you using the latest Fitbit app version?

@RicardoFitbit thank you for the quick response. To answer your questions, I am using a OnePlus 7 Pro with the latest Fitbit app version. My Versa 2 has the new firmware. And strange enough only on the two days I received the temperature. I hope this helps to analyze what is going on.

@RicardoFitbit I have a a temperature reading! I didn't change anything, so I guess it's a calibration issue of some kind. It's not a very exiting graph but it needs time.

I'm having the same issue, I have the latest update on my Fitbit versa 2 and on my Google pixel pro 6 but it still isn't tracking my skin Temp.
