Versa 2 Sleep Tracking and Spotify Control Issue

I have been happily using Fitbit for years. I have used an Alta, Charge 2, Versa and upgraded to a Versa 2-worst mistake. Since upgrading, the Versa 2 won't track my sleep properly. I have read forums and tried steps including changing sensitivity, logging out and in the app etc. Still no luck.

 

I have also found that the Spotify control works intermittently and since setting it up, I cannot use Chromecast properly.

 

Terrible software and client interface. Overrated product.
