Versa 2 shows Fitbit logo only

Battery level was at 30% then suddenly fitbit turned off so thought battery ran out so charged over night.

This morning went to put on but fitbit won't turn on just shows fitbit logo on screen and nothing else?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Please try doing a reset by holding down the button for 10-20 seconds or until you see the Fitbit logo. I'm hoping you can restart it and that fixes the issue. Good luck!

I tried this and it did not change anything.  Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
