So tired or erratic sleep and health metrics. No software updates to address the issues, restarting doesn’t address the issues, nor does logging out and back in address the issues. What’s going on Fitbit? Is it time to change watch brands? So disappointed

I am having the same issue with my Versa 2. Just started a couple of days ago. I am also having an issue with it not charging.

Can you share a few more details about the erratic Sleep and health metrics. Do you refer to sleep stages or sleep score? Regarding health metrics: breathing rate, heart rate?

All items mentioned are erratic. No longer have details on sleep. RHR. Breathing, and HRV track sometimes but not all of the time. Sensor is clean and I’m wearing the watch properly. Seems a software glitch possibly linked to the last software update.

Let me preface this by saying I have had issues charging my Fitbit for a few weeks now. I have cleaned the back of the Fitbit (repeatedly) and the prongs on the charger. Still having problems. Yesterday it stopped showing health metrics including breathing rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature and resting heart rate. Today stopped showing sleep duration. The lights on back are not flashing.
I tried turning off the Fitbit and turning it back on. No results. Also uninstalled and reinstalled it from the app. Again, no results.
