I have done that several times and still have a snowy screen. This has only
been wore since Christmas.

I too have a snowy screen. I have tried resetting at least 20 times to no avail. Any help you can give is appreciated.

I have reset my Fitbit Versa 2 about 10 times and the snow won’t go away. How can we fix this!

What type of support did they give you?  Were they able to fix the issue?  Or did they say, send it back for a replacement?

I had to send it back for a new one. I had a valid warranty.

The support got disconnected and I’ve yet to get another chat to connect. Now my Versa won’t do anything.

I just got through to support. And like normal, send it back to them for a
replacement. One of these days they will produce more of a reliable
product that won’t need to be replaced within less than a year after
purchasing
