Versa 2 SpO2 clock face not recording steps

I just noticed this morning that this clock face does not count steps. Walked 4 kilometres but no record of how many steps i took. Changed to another clock face and now steps are being recorded. Very disappointed that i can not recover my earlier steps. Fitbit has not mentioned any shortfall with this clock face when it comes to steps. 

 

Please fitbit can you check this out.
