My Versa 2 does not display SpO2 , or (EOV), is this normal or do I have a proplem? Customer service ignored my question.

Do you realize that is only for sleep time, not always?

I know it is only while in sleep mode, Some Fitbit watches have the ability to record SpO2 levels while in sleep mode, and display it when you click on the Sleep box. My question was ,why doesn't my Fitbit Versa 2 App. have the information about blood oxygen levels while in sleep mode? Does anybody know the answer to this simple question?

I downloaded the app for my Versa 2 and the information for the second night appeared on the watch face. Today, the information from last night has not appeared. It shows, "Sleep to update." As I type this, I realized it was letting me know that next time I sleep, it will show up. However, I did, and it didn't. My Fitbit app on the phone showed that my sleep was recorded, so not sure why it won't appear on the watch face. Thanks for asking the question Ft. Washington, and hopefully we will get an answer.

I'm updating my post. My Versa 2 started reporting my SpO2 stats consistently the day after this post. I think the band needs to be tight to the wrist because one night after my shower, I didn't have it as tight as I normally do and I didn't get a recording the next day.
If Fitbit or another user is able to confirm this, please do so.

Installed the Versa 2 SpO2 watch face yesterday and got my first result this morning. I tightened the band just in case 😁. All looking good. Quite like the watch face, and the battery drain is consistent with what I usually get, ~15% per day depending on usage.

It does seem weird that the only way to see it is to use the SP02 watch face. I switch to this face at night and then switch back to my favorite face the next morning. I have a garmin and not only can you display it independently you can also take an SP02 reading on the fly.
