Fitbit Versa does not calculate distance or steps accurately. Steps often freeze and are significantly below actual number, as well as distance. Has been an issue for months despite me reseting, updating, removing and re-adding tracker, letting it die before charging etc. Battery life is also very poor.

Hi @maia.s, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this and further investigate, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is this occurring with steps/distance only or other stats like floors and heart rate are affected as well? Are you using a Fitbit clock face or a third-party one?
In regards battery life, I'd like to share with you that the battery of our Versa was designed to last 5 days but this also depends on how frequently you use all its features. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. Then, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations.
Looking forward to your reply.
