Hello, I've had my Versa 2 for some time now and the voice replies have stopped working. Either the little dots that indicate a voice being heard move in synchronized spurts, or not at all. It will either take me back to the voice reply and quick reply menu or tell me to retry because of an transcription error. I have tried to reset both my Versa 2 and my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) multiple times and that has not worked.

As you have done the troubleshooting, it may be an issue elsewhere, probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
