So i got a versa 2 from a thrift store, and i factory reset it and charged it up, yet it wont connect to my phone no matter what i try, any help please? i turned my phone on and off, and the fitbit

im at a loss on what to do

I'm sorry to know about this difficulty with Versa 2. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps that you already did in order to fix it.

Seems that from the beginning you have had difficulties to set your device up. Please can you confirm if you have followed all the suggestion listed in this article:
