Versa screen

My screen on Versa  went black and won’t turn back on.  Already tried holding the buttons , I do feel it vibrate but screen still black

I'd recommend you try to restart the device following the steps listed here.

In addition, please sync the device one more time. If you see some difficulty to sync, see the tips listed in this article.
