Versa 2 Workweek Hustle not syncing steps correctly

Hi my steps are not syncing correctly with my work week hustle I'm loosing 1000's of steps everyday and getting destroyed in my challenges

Hi @Gordon748, Regarding the steps registering issue that the Workweek Hustle challenge has experienced, please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.

 

If the app is up to date, please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Then ,check out this help page, which explains how the challenges work.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I’m having this exact same issue today!! I’m missing 6,000 steps on the workweek hustle challenge that I’ve done today!

My issue was not fixed by this as well.  I am missing 6-9K per day from what I see in my app to what is showing up in the challenge...
