What on earth am I missing here?

 

I bought the Inspire HR last week but returned it for battery issues as well as it wouldn’t receive text notifications. 

Replaced it with the Versa 2. I set it up today and have now been in a continuous loop of trying to set up notifications from my iPhone. 

I have followed all the troubleshooting tips, chatted with Fitbit support (who had nothing to help) and I still can’t get it to receive ANY notifications. 

PLEASE HELP (with something other than the suggestion I make a “feature suggestion” or read the support “articles” from Fitbit).

Correction....it will receive Gmail notifications now which is the list of Apps but regular text messages, phone calls etc.....nada!
