Versa 2 acting odd

My watching will suddenly put in several password attempts on the watch face without me using my finger to unlock. It spastically flashes while it enters it's own numbers until it locks me out.  

Not only that, my watch no longer gives me 250 steps an hour notifications. 

Doesn't sync to my phone.  And it was dimming like an old 70s TV as if it was getting bad reception.  Help.
