I’ve paired my AirPods to my Versa 2 and the volume controls work. However the maximum volume is too low for me and is nowhere near as loud as they go.
any way of changing this? Thx

Hi @NozzaC, due to the recent events, we apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.
I would like to follow up on the volume issue that your AirPods 2 are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa 2. Please let me know if the issue persists or if it got resolved.
In the meantime, restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, try to re-pair both devices and see if the issue gets fixed.
Looking forward to your response.

I am also experiencing this exact issue with my AirPods (2019) on the Versa 2, with the volume being really low and quiet...
Have disconnected, reconnected and fully restarted the watch device numerous times, and yet the problem still persists :’(
Please fix this !!

I’m having the same problem. Just bought a Fitbit Versa 2 and the max. volume with my AirPods is so low that I’d have trouble hearing it while running. The volume has never been really prominent but it’s suddenly got even quieter and there is no way to increase it. I can only decrease the volume which of course is no use. What’s the problem Fitbit admin? It’s a real disappointment with regard to the product. Might have to return it because I want to play music that I can actually hear.
