My bank (USAA) does not support Fitbit Pay which is one of the main reasons I bought this watch. What can be done to have USAA as a supporting bank?

I would recommend adding your vote to this feature suggestion requesting support for your bank (USAA). The more votes a suggestion gets, the greater chance it has of being implemented. Also you should contact your bank and make them aware of your interest in such a service.
