Versa 2 and LG Stylo 4 not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am getting very weird behavior out of my Phone (LG Stylo 4) and my Fitbit. Most of the normal features work ok, not that I use them too extensively, Alexa is fine, the fitness tracker stuff is fine. I use the weather app with no issues. My main problem is with Spotify for some reason, (and while I haven't tried, I am assuming other features that use the wifi won't work so well) and I keep getting a rehash of sync your watch and no internet, even though I have set up the wifi numerous times successfully. What's more interesting is that after I set up the wifi it disappears after a few minutes of inactivity on the app, so I am not sure what is going on with the watch and the phone/app. I've restarted the phone and the app numerous times as well as turning bluetooth on and off. Very strange and any help I could receive I would appreciate.

@puckofearth Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

I appreciate that you mentioned the phone that you're using. Please note that your phone or tablet is not on our list of compatible devices. We confirmed that the devices on this list are fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.

We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements

If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, we provide assistance and troubleshooting steps. Because your phone or tablet is not fully compatible with Fitbit devices, we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
