Both my versa2 and versa3 died 18 months after purchase. Bought the 2 yr warranty so getting it replaced, but both state water resistant to 50 meter. But I see moisture on the back of the watch and i was just sitting in the pool… very disappointed with fitbit… once the replacement dies, in 18 months. Need to look else where…. Just sad…

I just got my Versa 2 at the end of last year. Took a shower to clean the band off and poof doesn't work any longer. Where did you find help?
