Versa 2 watch purchased mid to late 2019.
I have just completed the install of the latest o/s update pushed out to the users, which appeared to complete without issue. I then attempted to change the watch face and the screen became blank. I pressed the single side button to reboot the device, whose screen now appears stuck, but with the message, 'X (within a circle) Data not cleared Sync and try again'
The watch appears to be syncing to both a Samsung Galaxy S8 and a windows 10 PC, as I can see recent data updates, but does not appear to allow any other type of interaction. I have noted an alert, which states that the Bluetooth link is no longer operational, but as I normally connect via USB anyway, this should not be an issue.
Can anyone assist?
