When ever we open my versa 2 it shows to set up Alexa. Even though we already set it up. And when we try to sync it, it says failed to sync. And a question do we need to have the Amazon Alexa app to make this work?

Regarding the syncing issue that your Versa 2 is experiencing with Alexa, I would like to follow up and would like to know if your Versa 2 is still asking you to set up Alexa.
