I just received the versa 2 smartwatch for christmas, and yesterday my watch got stuck on the spotify app and wouldn't let me back out of it. After about 2 hours I was able to use it again. Now this morning its doing it again. I have reset it, but it took me almost 20 minutes to turn it back on.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Try doing a couple of restarts in a row by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo, then do it again. If that doesn't clear up the issue, then the next step is to do a factory reset. You can find more troubleshooting information in the Versa 2 manual HERE.
