Versa screen not working

Hi, sometime this morning my Fitbit stopped working. I put it on the charger to see if that was the problem, but then the battery started acting odd (jumped from 80% charge to 5%) and the Versa itself got super hot. It is still buzzing for notifications I assume, but I can’t see anything on the screen. I tried to reset it, but all I got was the gray screen.
