I got my fitbit last year but all of a sudden it has started to lose charge very quickly. If I’m on 100% at night by morning it’s flat. It also won’t swipe as smoothly as it used to. I’ve followed all the advise on here a few times but it has made no difference.

Welcome to the forums. You said you tried all the advice. Did you do a restart?
Do it 3 times
If it doesn't help try a Long Restart
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
