try to Shutdown the watch via Settings on the watch, wait 10 seconds and place on the charger and fully charge it.

Another thing to also try is to turn off the phone's Bluetooth.

Hi there, @annkimble. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Hope this helps.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I charged it last night and right now it’s at 9%.

Thank you for your reply, I ended up doing a factory reset and left the face clock it came with and all other settings off or dimmed and the battery didn’t last more then 3 days. For the first day it went through 10%, the second about double that and today first thing it was at 55 and 11 hrs later it’s a 11%. I fully charge it over night so I know the battery is always full. Any other suggestions?
