Versa 2 not scrolling

Versa 2 in the 24 hrs with last charge not letting me scroll to switch screens.

The restart has caused the upper left corner of my screen turn black & screen still does not scroll, I can’t get to other apps on on my Versa 2. I even tried changing clock face BEFORE restart still wouldn’t scroll.
