I have been happy with my Versa 2 for a few months until recently. I can charge the battery and it wont last until the same time on the next day. I used to get roughly a week between charges. I have tried power cycling, cleaning the contacts, full reset and disabling notifications from my phone. After the full reset it now intermittently stops syncing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @p270586, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery draining and syncing issues that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get them resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. In case the syncing issue persists, please follow the troubleshooting steps advised in this help page.
Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi JuanJo,
Thank you for your reply. I have followed the suggestions in the links and am still not getting much better battery life out of my Versa 2. I did manage to get around half a day extra after turning off all notifications and auto sync (now about 1.5 days between charges).
I have resolved the sync issue after resetting the device again.
If you have any other suggestions on how to restore the battery life, it would be appreciated.
Kind regards,
P270586

Thanks for the tips. I turned everything off (i.e. music, pay, notifications, gps) and changed the clock face. Now I'm not even grinning getting 24 hrs on the battery.
Any other suggestions?
