Versa 2 battery draining fast

My Versa 2 was charged to 100 % yesterday morning.  When I went to bed last night,  it was at 68%, this morning when I woke,  it was at 41%. I haven't changed any settings and I really don't want to have to charge this this everyday.  Any thoughts on why the battery is draining so fast and how to prolong the battery life?

I did the update a few days ago and my battery has been draining ever since. It's doing some other weird things too. It didn't recognize a walk yesterday and my sleep score says I didn't fall asleep till 1am, which is about two hours later than I did.
