All was well and my versa 2 was great, battery ran low on Sunday, fully charged it, then Monday night was v low again so charged and overnight it is now 10% nothing has changed but in the space of a few days it's gone from holding charge for 4 + days to now not even 12 hrs! It is just less than 1 year old

Hi there, @KittyCat100. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Same thing is happening to me. Used to hold charges for days and I have not changed anything on my Fitbit and now it only holds a charge for maybe a day or 2.

had two versa 2s and they both crapped out just like this. If it’s less than a year send it in for a warranty exchange otherwise it’s trash sadly

I'm having the same problem and haven't found a solution. Has anyone had success with the troubleshooting that Fitbit suggests? I didn't change anything prior to this starting but it does look like there was an app update on December 12th.

Hi @Ashchristinec - given the number of posts with the same issue you are likely correct.
However you can manage it perhaps with the information from my previous post in the meantime.
