6 months old Versa 2 completely dead and has been cared for the entire time I have had it. Where do I go to have the battery replaced?

Hi there, @VirgoGirl46. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.

Regarding your inquiry, please note that the battery on your Versa 2 is not replaceable nor interchanged. We as Fitbit do not do it or suggest to do it as it could permanently damage your watch.

If none of the above seems to work, please follow @Guy_'s advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @VirgoGirl46 - it may not be the battery, try the power source from a PC.

Even so it may require you to hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If the watch got wet or is faulty in some way it can be replaced where you bought it under warranty.

Rarely is it actually the battery so the watches are not repaired.
