I have only had my Versa 2 for 4 weeks worked fine until last week when the battery went flat overnight. I followed the info on here about how to charge the battery for at least 2 hours etc and turn things off which is ridiculous because I bought it for those features. I do not play music I don’t have any apps all I use it for is alarms steps and mobile notifications. If anything the battery is worse. I believe I am entitled to a replacement and how do I get it.

@Lynniesim, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 battery is draining fast even though you have fully charged it and made sure that not all the apps are in use.
I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. This article may contain tips that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor the battery's behavior for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
