Versa 2 battery is draining quickly

I've had my versa 2 for about 2 years now. The past month or so I've noticed that the battery doesn't last as long as it used to. I'm now having to charge it at least 3 times a week whereas before, the battery would last about 2 weeks.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Thanks for stopping by and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Hope that helps.

I've got a fitbit clock face already and I haven't changed the way I use my fitbit since I've had it so I don't understand why I need to charge it so much now

I’m having the same issue. I’m charging it everyday now. I just took it off the charger 15 minutes ago and it’s down by 6% already. I’ve only had mine for 2 weeks.

Mine is doing the same and I've had it for about 2 years. I've never had an issue with it holding its charge until today.  When from nearly 100% down to 2% without using any apps or GPS or anything.  Also hasn't synced in 6 hours.

I'm having the same issue. I've had my Versa 2 for 2-3 years now. I'm not using it any differently than I have in the past, but the battery is definitely not lasting as long. Is there a way to replace the battery?

I don’t see any resolution to this battery issue. I don’t do anything extra and have followed all the tips. Short of turning the Bluetooth off, I’m disgusted with the short life of this battery (about two years). This is a throwaway-mentality culture. I’m going to get an Apple Watch and hope for better results.

I have up and got myself a Samsung its great but the battery life is even worse... however, it has much better features so I don't mind it as much.
