My versa 2 is loosing charge after I charge it. I have turned defuse off but did not help

Are you plugging your fitbit charger into an older charging block by chance? I noticed mine charges much quicker & is prob free when I charge it using the USB-C charging block my iPhone 13 came with vs older iPhone charging blocks.

I’m very surprised Fitbit hasn’t answered yet and told you to change the watch face hahahaha

I just started having the same issue this week and from the looks of it several others have as well. Clearly something needs a fix in their end, hopefully they fix it soon.
