Hello, was enjoying my Versa 2 so much that I decided to purchase Premium to help me track my sleeping a little better (as I have sleep apnea). As soon as I did that, everything started to go wrong. No more battery longevity as before. Regular charging is no guarantee. I troubleshot & minimised all aspects I can control (ALWAYS ON - off, brightness, etc...). Odd coincidence with the purchase unless the aim is to then sell me the next model up since I've bought the add-on. Was firmware added to suck the life out of my battery on purchasing Premium? Its causing me stress & that is the opposite of what I want and need this device to do

No it's not the premium download because I am having the same issue with my Versa 2, this is the second week. Plus I already had my Versa 2 settings set to the changes you made.

I’m having issues with my Versa 2 also. Trouble with syncing and it doesn’t keep accurate count of my stairs. I rebooted it and contacted support. Their suggestion was to remove the app and reinstall it, however with all the issues I am hesitant to do that. Why isn’t there a way to simply update the app like others do?
I get the feeling that since Google took over Fitbit that they are more interested in selling new devices. I read somewhere that they are going to be doing away with the Fitbit line. I think partially because they don’t like dealing with IOS. If they retire the Fitbit watches I will have to buy an Apple Watch instead.
