My battery seems to be dead. It won’t charge even after I cleaned the sensors. Do I need to buy a new tracker or can I replace the battery?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
