Versa 2 battery

Brought my wife a brand new Versa 2 Christmas just gone and she is advising that the battery is only 2-3 days. All notifications are off. Standard clock face. Is this normal as her old fitbit lasted almost a week?

Thanks we had a look at this on previous posts but she is a very light user and gone through all the options
