Versa 2 black screen and it won't sync

My versa 2 screen is black and won’t connect to my phone? Or is there a place where I can send it to get fixed?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. Please feel free to reach out to our Support Team once again if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the outcome of your case. Since you have reported this matter to our Support Team, please note there's nothing left we here in the community can suggest other than reaching out to our team again. 

Regarding to your inquiry, note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit devices are sold.
