Versa 2 black screen issues

My Versa 2 watch face is black. I have tried to re-set and it won’t re-set. Please help.

Regarding the black screen issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest.
