Hello! Went for a hike Saturday and went to go see how far we had hiked and my watch had the fitbit emblem on it. Wouldn't turn back on, so I held in the button so it would reset. It came on, but was only "half" on if you will. Low light level and wouldn't let me click on anything on the watch. Over the past few days I've experienced more down times, it turns off and won't turn back on. The light on the back is on, but the watch is black. I think my watch died??? I depend on this thing! Love it so much. Any ideas what's going on with it?

If you can sync the watch with the Fitbit App, for example you can see steps change after moving with it and then syncing with a pull down refresh in the App, its on and working but the display might be dead.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
