I have tried to force reset but to no avail. The green light to the back is responsive but that’s about it! It won’t wake up. I have tried everything! The screen just remains black.

I am having the exact same isue, I have tried resetting and charging for ower an hour, but still black. I am thinking I need to go to the store I bought from to get a new one , but since it is the third fitbit watch I hav had (the other two where charge 3) with this problem, where I ned to buy a new one, Im getting quite tired of this problem. Have you bought yours from fitbit or from a store? I dont know if there is anything else there can be done expect returning it? I have tried contacting fitbits customer service, but I am yet to get an answer. I really hope there is a soloution to this problem...
