My versa2 is not working anymore, I am trying to charge to restart but seems that nothing work
What do I should do?

Fitbit team, my watch is completely OFF... I thought that was the battery but even when I try to recharge it is not appearing anything in the visor.
I can not reset because the watch is not working. I will try with other charge device today in order to assure that the problem is the watch. Please let me know where I can find a maintenance service if the problem is confirmed to be my watch.
