Screen blank. I have lights at the back and if i press the side button i get the “set up wallet’ but nothing else. It’s fully charged and wont sync. Your products aren’t cheap and this is only two months old!!
Appalling help online which has you going round and round in circles. I want my money back!!!!!!!

My versa 2 screen has also gone blank. it still registers and syncs, but nothing on the screen. tried the reset and nothing.
