My Versa 2 vibrated this afternoon. Went to check it and the screen is black and will not turn on. Tried holding down on the button. Nothing happens. Twice it flashed a very grainy image of the clock face. Watch is at 100% charge. Green light on back is flashing, can still feel vibrations, but no image.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
